Start Valentine’s Day with a sweet and cozy morning cooking class focused on making crepes! Whether you’re new to cooking or a seasoned home chef, this relaxed class is a fun way to spend the morning together. The class will be led by volunteer Colonel Patricia Ryan, US Army (ret.), who will guide you as you prepare and enjoy both sweet and savory crepes at the Revere Teaching Kitchen. All ingredients, instruction, and support will be provided.Children must be 13 years or older

*Participants are expected to exercise care and be mindful of the inherent risks associated with cooking activities. This class will involve the use of hot plates.

*The Revere Teaching Kitchen is a plant-based facility, and ingredients may include common allergens. Participants are asked to share dietary restrictions or preferences in advance; however, we cannot guarantee all accommodations as substitutions may be limited. Families with significant dietary concerns are encouraged to reach out with questions prior to the class.

Home Base Adventure Series Cooking Class Participation Waiver & Consent

I understand that participation in a cooking class involves inherent risks, including some injuries that may occur while using kitchen equipment and utensils, and possible allergic or other reactions that may result from food products.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for informing Home Base of any food allergies, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect my participation.  I also agree to follow all safety instructions provided during the class.

By completing this registration form, I voluntarily agree to participate and release Home Base, Mass General Brigham, its staff, volunteers (including volunteer chef Patricia Ryan), and the facility from liability for injury, illness, or loss related to this activity, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm.  I also confirm that I have disclosed all known food allergies, medical conditions, or physical limitations that may affect participation.  If I am bringing a minor child with me to this event, I agree to the release of liability described above on behalf of my minor child as well, I represent that I am responsible for the safety of my child, and that I have disclosed all food allergies or relevant medical conditions of my minor child to Home Base.
